• Closed Sales: 1,249 (+5.8% from March)
• Median Sale Price: $410,000 (-4.7% from March)
• Active Inventory: 7,567 (-0.6% from March)
• Median Time to Sale: 95 days (+12 days from March)
• New Listings: 1,107 (-43.8% from March)
Charlotte County:
• Closed Sales: 719 (+12.3% from March)
• Median Sale Price: $325,803 (-0.8% from March)
• Active Inventory: 5,667 (-1.4% from March)
• Median Time to Sale: 94 days (-15 days from March)
• New Listing: 1,064 (-12.1% from March)
