The buyers want to put in an offer right away, to which I reply, terrific! Have you received a pre-approval yet from a local lender? If not, especially in this market, submitting an offer with no pre-approval yields a resounding NO, Thank you! The next day we will check back with the seller’s and see that the house has already went under contract with a buyer with a pre-approval.
