We were thrilled with Cole's efforts helping us find and purchase the right beach home for us in the Englewood area. We bought a fixer upper, which meant including contractor estimates and contracts for the renovation loan part of our mortgage. Cole made countless trips to meet with contractors, collect estimates and get all the paperwork to the bank. I cannot say enough about Cole's efforts on our behalf. There were a number of challenges to this sale, not to mention the untimely passing of the seller prior to settlement, and he maintained a positive can-do attitude through it all. He's a bright, energetic young man with a promising future. During the drawn out process I also had the pleasure of getting to meet his mother and new bride. I recommend him and his team without reservation.
